Debbie Mintz Brodsky
Founder & CEO
Debbie is a producer and storyteller first and foremost and loves to interview people. She founded DMB Pictures after spending more than 15 years working in broadcast television, winning 3 Emmy’s for her work. Most of her career was in public television, working for South Carolina ETV (PBS), WETA (PBS), and MHz NETWORKS. She also spent time at TLC, Fox, “Entertainment Tonight” and “Reading Rainbow” and has interviewed hundreds of people, including Senators John McCain and Bob Dole, Tiger Woods, and former Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig.
Debbie has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University with a minor in Early Childhood Education. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and two sons.

Editor
A graduate of Drexel University, Michelle has been editing non-fiction films for over 15 years and uses her expertise to train others.
Ellie Walton
Cinematographer
Ellie is a documentary cinematographer who has won numerous awards for her many films that have been featured in multiple film festivals.
Sharon Watts
Associate Producer
Before DMB, Sharon was a news producer for over 10 years in multiple markets and did strategic communications for various organizations.
